Licensed contractor operating independently in NSW, (sole trader) Australia. As a sole proprietorship, we operate without external affiliations, partnerships, or corporate structures. All business decisions, service standards, and operational methodologies are determined solely by the business owner.

Our site is intended for home owners, (new & existing) businesses with a dwelling, strata managers, real estates agents, building managers and their respective companies, other licensed trade professionals and anyone else over the age of 18yrs old taking full responsibility for payment of services performed from a licensed contractor to carry out works on their property for any repairs, installations, modifications and restorations to a home or building and intended for commercial use only!

Our primary purpose is to travel to client’s premises, asses the works and to formulate a quote to perform varied home and commercial improvement applications concerning renovations, repairs, installations, modifications and restorations to an owner’s property with formal consent in Sydney NSW, focusing on the regions of Inner West, Lower North Shore, western and south-west Sydney and St George regions.

(d) Material costs fluctuate from the time of quoting to time of purchase.

Any variations to quotes will be communicated to the client before proceeding with affected works, with formal approval required to include additional costs.

3. Termination Of Our Site

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our site, at any time. If you breach any clauses or other provisions of the T&Cs. Specifically, which we deem reasonably inappropriate and unlawful, we may take one or more of the following actions.

(a) Suspend, temporarily or disable or permanently allow your right to access our website,

(c) Take legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of any relevant costs on an indemnity basis resulting from any breach,

10. Cancelling Services In progress

If you request and proceed to cancel services while work is being performed on your premises, you must provide written notice and settle all outstanding payments for work completed to that point. We reserve the rights to cease work immediately upon cancellation and shall not be liable for incomplete work, unsafe conditions, or any damages resulting from mid–service cancellation. Specific cancellation procedures, fees, and time frames are detailed in your service agreement quote.

11. Pricing & Payment Terms

Quoted pricing and hourly rate billing options are offered. Pricing structures, payment terms, material costs, labour charges, and billing methods are discussed and agreed upon with clients prior to commencing work. Materials supplied include reasonable markup for sourcing, handling, and administration. Detailed pricing, payment terms, and cost breakdowns are provided in your quote or service agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution Process

We are committed to resolving any concerns or disputes fairly and efficiently. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues through good Faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings. 13. Intellectual Property Rights

To the full extent permissible by law, we accept no liability for loss of profits, business revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, reputation, anticipated savings, or business interruptions arising from our services.

We exercise reasonable skill and care in performing our services but except no liability for consequential or indirect loss losses beyond the value of services provided.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or restricted by Australian Consumer law.

The work begins when the quote is formally accepted and is in progress when we enter the clients’ premises until such time. When the client acknowledges and signs the invoice marked as job complete, the works are completed.
