Our site is intended for home owners, (new & existing) businesses with a dwelling, strata managers, real estates agents, building managers and their respective companies, other licensed trade professionals and anyone else over the age of 18yrs old taking full responsibility for payment of services performed from a licensed contractor to carry out works on their property for any repairs, installations, modifications and restorations to a home or building and intended for commercial use only!
Our primary purpose is to travel to client’s premises, asses the works and to formulate a quote to perform varied home and commercial improvement applications concerning renovations, repairs, installations, modifications and restorations to an owner’s property with formal consent in Sydney NSW, focusing on the regions of Inner West, Lower North Shore, western and south-west Sydney and St George regions.
We are committed to providing accurate, transparent, and reliable information across all communications, including our website, quotes, service descriptions, and customer interactions. (b) Hidden conditions or unforeseen circumstances be discovered during works,
(c) The nature of required works change beyond our control,
(d) Material costs fluctuate from the time of quoting to time of purchase.
Any variations to quotes will be communicated to the client before proceeding with affected works, with formal approval required to include additional costs.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our site, at any time. If you breach any clauses or other provisions of the T&Cs. Specifically, which we deem reasonably inappropriate and unlawful, we may take one or more of the following actions.
(a) Suspend, temporarily or disable or permanently allow your right to access our website,

The Works – handyman services supplied by us as described in your quote and invoices. The work begins when the quote is formally accepted and is in progress when we enter the clients’ premises until such time. When the client acknowledges and signs the invoice marked as job complete, the works are completed.
