Callout/quote fee T&Cs
Please read the T&Cs, before accepting the callout/quote fee.
A link to this page is sent to your mobile number via third-party confirmation text ending in “074”. Replying with a “C” confirms you have read, understood, and complied with the T&Cs.
All services offered to the client are exclusive of GST and other duties and taxes unless specifically listed. Callout/quote fees and any other services provided, GST is added.
The quote remains “a no obligation to accept on both parties”.
Both parties can decline regardless of the client accepting the quote at any stage.
All quotes are not guaranteed unless the client formally accepts.
The callout/quote fee is not an advisory service. Any advise, suggestions, ideas to changes to your works, additional features or products used, remains an expression of opinion only.
The callout/quote fee is charged with one or more of the following conditions and or time components that forms the callout/quote fee.
(a) Vehicle running costs, to and from your location (b) Engaging in consultation (c) Formulating the quote based on information taken on location and from the client regarding project requirements at the time (d) Research (e) Inquiring and travelling to inspect supplies (f) Calculating materials and labour costs.
The Callout / Quote fee is non-refundable!
Quotes are based on present circumstances and intended works, not the actual works performed and is subject to price variations under one or more following conditions.
(a) The nature of the work has changed by client or discovered (b) Circumstances beyond INTLHS™ became known (c) Information obtained after the quote that changed the scope of works was not provided initially to INTLHS™ and or available at the time of formulating the quote.
Before agreed start date and times to begin works, the quote may change due to amendments, negotiations and variations to the original quote. Before any such changes, INTLHS™ will notify the client in writing.
Quotes are valid for (7) seven days from the date sent unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quote can take 7-14 business days to formulate and you may not receive the quote within 1-3 business days.
You understand that either party are under no obligation to commit or accept the quote.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment for the callout/quote fee is after the meeting, on the day, using, Eftpos, cash or bank transfer apps on a smartphone via OSKO.
You must give 24 hours prior notice to cancel the agreed date and time of the quote.
Failure to provide 24 hours notice, a $110.00 cancellation fee is billed.
Should the cancellation fee remain unpaid for more than 30 days, your information are given and stored in a credit reporting database. This may have an impact on your credit score as well as your future ability to use our services or any other services that are similar to ours.

INTLHS™ – ITS NEVER TOO LATE HANDYMAN SERVICE
Works – handyman services supplied by INTLHS™ as described in your quote and invoices. The work begins when the quote is formally accepted and is in progress when INTLHS™ enters the clients’ premises until such time. When the client acknowledges and signs the invoice marked as job complete, the works are then officially completed.
By replying “C”, you validate that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions to obtain a quote from INTLHS™.
