Payment  Cash, EFTPOS, or PayID
Quote Processing time  7-14 business days

• Provide true and correct contact details and work address
• When requested, authorised person agrees to disclose full legal name, phone number of property owner/s
• Pay quote fee when requested
• Be available and present throughout the assessment
• Less than 24hrs before appointment may require pre-payment 

Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice required, or $130 fee applies
Payment Cancellation fees due within 24hrs

Quote terms

• Quotes are formulated based on site conditions and not actual work performed and subject to price variations
• Neither party is obligated to proceed after quote provided
• Advice given represents professional opinion
