We focus on the suburbs listed, as long as they are in Sydney NSW, we don’t mind providing handyman services, to the suburbs you live in or buildings you manage.

The majority of work comes from homeowners, brick and mortar businesses & companies. We are in the process of partnering up with Real-estate agents and Strata Managed buildings.

What is your minimum charge? There is no minimum required. Our preferred method is to arrive at your location, evaluate what needs to be accomplished and then provide a quote. For same-day or emergencies, we charge *$130.00+GST per hour with a $90.00 callout fee.

*Hourly rate terms and conditions. From Mon-Fri 7am – 3:30pm hourly rates are $130.00 per hour. Rates increase after 5pm to $195.00 per hour. Emergency and urgent rates vary. Weekend and public holiday rates applies.

We provide a process for defining the scope of work. Ensuring the customer is aware of the work involved, any inconveniencies, and feedback contributing to their original idea and then establishing pricing based on their needs. We continue to charge for quotes, respecting the homeowner’s time and budget and keeping it personal.
